1. The Martha White /Lodge Cast Iron 17th Annual National Cornbread Cook-Off 2013
   Submit your original MAIN DISH recipe prepared with at least one package of Martha White Cornbread Mix and cooked in Lodge Cast Iron cookware. Ten Finalists will compete in the Cook-Off in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, on April 27, 2013 for prizes including up to $5,000 cash and cooking equipment! (NOTE: Each finalist is responsible for their own travel and lodging, but will receive a $500 reimbursement to help cover expenses.)
   
   PRIZEs: First Prize — $5,000 cash; a 30-inch stainless steel gas range [ARV: $3,250] from Five Star Professional Cooking Equipment; and special gifts from Lodge Cast Iron and Martha White (ARV: $50). Second Prize — $1,500 cash and special gifts from Lodge and Martha White (ARV: $50). Third Prize — $1,000 cash and special gifts from Lodge and Martha White (ARV: $50). Seven Honorable Mention Prizes - $150 cash and special gifts from Lodge and Martha White (ARV: $50).

2. Mad About Mushrooms Recipe Contest
   Create an original recipe that features wild or cultivated mushrooms - the type of dish is yours to choose: appetizer, soup, salad/vegetable, main dish, miscellaneous (how 'bout a dessert!).Your culinary masterpiece could win you a cool prize! Judged on overall flavor and visual appeal. Note: recipe must be original and unpublished.
   
   PRIZE: The grand prize winner will receive a locally made Port Orford Cedar plank and a copy of the Junior League of Eugene's, "A Taste of Oregon" cookbook.
